Al’s Place is excited to be hosting the dynamic duo James Marais and Monique Cassels who once again return on Saturday 23 February to perform their fantastic and hugely popular Elvis and Rock ‘n Roll Tribute show “Oldies but Goldies: A Trip Down Memory Lane.
James Marais is famous for his Elvis productions. Now get ready for a great new production: “Oldies But Goldies – A Trip Down Memory Lane”. It has many of Elvis’ greatest hits but includes other legends of the rock ‘n roll era. Great names such as The Beatles, Jerry Lee Lewis, Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran, Cliff Richard, Queen, Roy Orbison, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Bill Haley, Little Richard, Chuck Berry, Shakin Stevens, Buddy Holly and many more.

James Marais’ (former SA Elvis Tribute Champion) tribute to Elvis is superb and his journey through the greatest rock n’ roll hits is hugely entertaining. The highly talented Monique accompanying him has the ‘voice of an angel’. It really is a wonderfully entertaining, toe-tapping musical nostalgia trip not to be missed.

It’s recommended to book soon as their shows at Al’s Place sell-out quickly.

Unfortunately we can’t do our full a la carte menu on event nights. We offer a special ‘Music Night Menu’. View
